4th chakra.  Opens the heart and minds to others, increases compassion for the suffering of others and oneself.  Increases intuition while allowing one the ability to experience emotions and feelings such as crying.  I have found this stone to help build bridges between the heart and mind, understand why we are feeling a certain way.
